A comprehensive evaluation of Mental Health concerns and appropriate treatment recommendations. Our licensed professionals bring decades of experience to the process, with flexible scheduling and telehealth assessments available.
A Level of Care assessment determines the level of treatment you need. It considers whether Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, or Residential treatment is appropriate based on your assessed needs. This is a separate service from a Drug & Alcohol Assessment or a Mental Health Assessment.

Addiction-focused Group Therapy provides opportunities to connect, learn from shared experiences, and build support for recovery. Our group treatment options include Outpatient Group Therapy and Intensive Outpatient Group Therapy (IOP).
A structured therapeutic setting brings together people working through substance use and recovery. Outpatient groups offer space to discuss challenges, practice coping skills, learn from different perspectives, and strengthen accountability through meaningful connection and practical support.
Intensive Outpatient provides a more structured level of addiction treatment within our Group Therapy options. More frequent therapy sessions offer opportunities to work on recovery skills, recognize triggers, and address challenges as they arise.
